This operational service, already in use, includes NVIDIA DGX systems, NVIDIA networking, and the enterprise-focused NVIDIA AI software platform. Equinix will oversee the installation and operation of individual customer-owned NVIDIA infrastructures, with the option to deploy services on behalf of customers in selected International Business ExchangeTM (IBX) data centers globally.

The service offers private and rapid access to AI infrastructure managed by Equinix, located close to customers’ data. It includes high-speed private network access to global network service providers for swift generative AI information retrieval. Moreover, it provides private, high-capacity interconnections to cloud and enterprise service providers, ensuring optimal AI workload privacy and compliance with data security.
Customers can access their NVIDIA AI Enterprise software through the service, facilitating the development and deployment of production-grade AI applications. Additionally, the service provides enterprise-level support and security, with Equinix’s IBX data center professionals assisting customers in swiftly building and deploying custom AI models.
