Young, with over three decades of experience in digital technology innovation within banking and wealth management, held senior roles at JPMorgan Chase in various global locations. His appointment follows a series of senior leadership changes as InvestCloud continues to shape the future of wealth management, supporting a vast global client base with over $6.4 trillion in assets under management.
In addition to his role as InvestCloud’s CIO, Young will serve as a Senior Advisor to Motive Partners, a specialized financial technology private equity firm with investments in InvestCloud. Richard Lumb, Interim CEO of InvestCloud, expresses confidence in Young’s ability to lead the company into a new era of product and technology innovation, citing his extensive experience and expertise in high-quality software delivery and mission-critical operations gained at JPMorgan.
Young, who commenced his career as a software engineer at JPMorgan in London, rose to lead global development teams and subsequently held significant roles such as Global CIO for Wealth Management. He expanded his responsibilities to include Head of Wealth Management Operations and Head of Product and Platform. With a background in both wholesale and consumer digital technology groups, Young played a pivotal role in enhancing digital platforms, including chase.com and Chase Mobile, fostering substantial growth in digital payments.
