StarHub has chosen Qualtrics® to enhance its market share and accelerate growth by identifying and launching new and improved products, services, and experiences tailored to the evolving digital needs of Singaporean consumers.
This multi-year agreement is a pivotal component of StarHub’s strategic transformation program, DARE+, aimed at achieving $500 million in cost savings and revenue growth by FY2026. Through DARE+, StarHub seeks to expand its digital product and entertainment offerings while delivering a superior and simplified experience across all customer interactions.
Mao Gen Foo, Head of Southeast Asia at Qualtrics, emphasized the significance of experience management technologies in driving sustainable growth for businesses. He highlighted the people-centric approach adopted by organizations like StarHub as instrumental in fostering growth, savings, and productivity across Southeast Asia and beyond.
James Riley, Vice President of Customer Lifecycle Management at StarHub, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to enhancing its customer service experience. He underscored the value of Qualtrics’ real-time, multi-channel insights in enabling StarHub to better understand its customers and make informed decisions to improve overall customer experiences.
With Qualtrics’ support, StarHub aims to continuously evolve and scale its customer experience program to adapt to changing consumer behaviors and product offerings.
