In his new role, Misra will oversee all research and development (R&D) teams globally, encompassing product development and engineering efforts at Sprinklr. He will be joining the Executive Leadership Team to bring his expertise in innovative technology to support the company’s growth and expansion. Reporting directly to Sprinklr Founder and CEO Ragy Thomas, Misra’s appointment underscores the company’s commitment to driving technological advancements in customer experience management.
With over 25 years of experience in building large-scale platforms for companies of varying sizes, Misra most recently served as Vice President of Engineering at Adobe. At Adobe, he led a global R&D organization focused on Adobe’s Experience Cloud Platform, overseeing engineers, product leaders, and AI/ML researchers across multiple regions. Prior to his tenure at Adobe, Misra held key leadership positions, including Founder and CEO of GOFro.com and roles as CTO, chief architect, and head of engineering at Snapdeal.com. He holds an MBA degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a BTech degree from IIT Kanpur.
