Singapore IMDA approves Wolters Kluwer’s accounting digital solutions.

Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting (TAA) Asia Pacific (APAC) has announced that its digital solutions, namely CCH iFirm and CCH ProSystem fx Engagement, have received pre-approval from Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).

This approval is part of IMDA’s SMEs Go Digital program, which seeks to assist small-to-medium accounting firms in enhancing their digital capabilities to seize opportunities in the expanding digital economy.

As part of the SMEs Go Digital program, eligible accounting firms can benefit from up to 50% grant support for the adoption of either CCH ProSystem fx Engagement or CCH iFirm digital solutions. This initiative encourages SMEs to integrate advanced digital solutions into their business operations, with the ultimate goal of boosting productivity and fostering business growth.

CCH ProSystem fx Engagement has secured pre-approval as one of the two solutions under the External Audit Management category. This software is designed to streamline the audit process for firms, offering features such as collaboration tools, workflow management, real-time progress tracking, and integration with other software, enhancing auditors’ overall effectiveness and efficiency.

On the other hand, CCH iFirm is the exclusive solution pre-approved under the Practice Management System category. This cloud-based software aids small-to-medium accounting practices in monitoring, unifying, and streamlining core business processes. It provides tools for workflow optimization, automation of administrative tasks, client relationship management, adherence to quality management standards, and insights for better business decision-making.
