SAP has recently appointed Tim Bryant as the Chief Revenue Officer for SAP SuccessFactors in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region, reflecting the company’s commitment to driving cloud adoption and Business AI innovations among its customers in the region.
In his new capacity, Bryant assumes responsibility for steering the strategic direction of SAP SuccessFactors across APJ, with a focus on facilitating the transition to cloud-based solutions and fostering the uptake of Business AI advancements.
Paul Marriott, President of SAP APJ, emphasized Bryant’s wealth of experience in human capital management and demonstrated leadership capabilities, underscoring his suitability for the role amidst the region’s rapid growth within the SAP ecosystem.
Bryant takes over from Angela Colantuono, who has been elevated to the position of President and Managing Director of SAP Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ). Reporting directly to Liher Urbizu, Chief Business Officer for SAP APJ, Bryant remains stationed in Melbourne.
Formerly serving as the head of SAP SuccessFactors in A/NZ, Bryant brings a deep understanding of the region’s dynamics and the evolving needs of organizations across APJ.
In his remarks, Bryant highlighted the increasing interest among APJ organizations in leveraging technology, particularly Business AI, to enhance talent management and workforce optimization strategies. He expressed enthusiasm about leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to empower Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and business leaders in fostering highly engaged and productive workforces.
