In her role, Van Horn will be responsible for shaping the vision, direction, and effective execution of the growth strategy for the Global IT and Security department.
With an illustrious career in global IT leadership spanning various industries such as financial services, manufacturing, and retail, Van Horn brings decades of experience to her new position. Her extensive technology expertise includes senior roles at renowned companies like American Express, JP Morgan, Jo-Ann Stores, Office Depot, Haggar Clothing Company, and Victoria’s Secret.
Before assuming the role of CIO at Rimini Street, Van Horn served as the senior vice president and CIO at NCH Corporation. During her tenure, she led transformative initiatives to overhaul IT infrastructure, streamline business processes, and drive innovation within the century-old, billion-dollar organization.
