Quantum communications technology company SpeQtral has expanded its collaboration with Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation, reinforcing their commitment to global network protection against quantum threats. Building on their successful history since 2021, the partnership has achieved milestones like establishing Singapore’s first quantum-secure link across SPTel fibre networks. The collaboration extends to the National Quantum-Safe Network Plus (NQSN+) Project, Singapore’s inaugural quantum-safe network. This project, led by a joint venture between SPTel and SpeQtral, relies on Toshiba’s Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and Quantum Key Management System (Q-KMS). The partnership aims to usher in a new era of secure communications with quantum-safe networks deployed nationwide, ensuring businesses have access to advanced quantum-secure solutions.
