Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, and Dynatrace (NYSE: DT), the leader in unified observability and security, have joined forces in a global alliance aimed at providing customers with enhanced insights and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Kyndryl will harness its end-to-end services, available through Kyndryl Consult, to unlock new business value through Dynatrace solutions.
Key Collaborative Initiatives:
- Unified Observability: The alliance focuses on supporting customers’ application landscapes by minimizing outages, optimizing resource consumption, improving diagnostic and recovery times, and enhancing the overall user experience.
- Application Modernization: Together, Kyndryl and Dynatrace will assist customers in reducing the risk of system downtime, facilitating a seamless digital transformation by enhancing access to real-time data about their applications’ composition, behavior, and performance.
- Enhanced AIOps: The partnership aims to deliver precise and actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions while automating low-value manual activities to drive resource and cost savings.
Additionally, Kyndryl will extend its end-to-end services to Dynatrace customers. This includes comprehensive offerings such as application assessment, custom solution design and implementation, and continuous managed services. These services will provide customers with enhanced access to real-time monitoring and related cloud-managed solutions.

This global alliance builds upon the successful relationship established in 2022 when Kyndryl and Dynatrace initiated collaboration in Latin America, offering services and solutions to streamline cloud operations for regional companies. Notably, this partnership resulted in a transformative project with Banco Patagonia in Argentina, where the two companies enhanced the bank’s visibility and monitoring of its digital channels, leading to quicker issue detection and improved customer experience. Kyndryl and Dynatrace have also collaborated in Japan and Mexico to improve observability, security, and automation of multi-cloud operations, ultimately accelerating digital transformation projects.
