With over 25 years of experience in the contact center sector, Puneet brings a wealth of expertise in establishing and expanding high-velocity SaaS organizations. His past roles at prominent companies such as D2L, 8×8, Oracle, Liveperson, and Salesforce have equipped him with the skills to scale companies to multi-million ARR levels and navigate successful IPO journeys.
