Vendasta has purchased MatchCraft from Advance Local. MatchCraft is a software company specializing in search, display, and social media advertising solutions for digital marketing agencies and resellers who serve small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) on a large scale.
MatchCraft’s technology, particularly its flagship AdVantage platform, will be combined with Vendasta’s end-to-end platform, resulting in new services for each company’s clients. With the complementary technology, channel partners can efficiently and effectively manage thousands of clients’ search engine marketing, display, and social advertising campaigns while utilizing Vendasta’s platform tools designed to market, sell, bill, fulfill, and deliver critical solutions to SMB clients.
MatchCraft, founded in 1998, delivers industry-leading technology to partners based in 22 countries that operate campaigns in more than 20 languages and dialects throughout the world.
MatchCraft will continue to serve its current and potential partners in the same way it does today, with valuable integration and connection possibilities coming in 2022.
The transaction accelerates both companies’ strategic growth ambitions, which aim to improve and extend technology products for the benefit of partners and their SMB clients worldwide. With the addition of advertising technology to Vendasta’s range of products, channel partners can now leverage a single unified system to assist SMB clients in increasing consumer interest, awareness, relationships, happiness, and loyalty.
