Leading cybersecurity firm Veeam Software has announced the appointment of Beni Sia as the new General Manager and Senior Vice President (SVP) for the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. In his new role, Sia will be tasked with overseeing the company’s business operations and spearheading its growth strategy across the APJ region.

Beni Sia brings over two decades of experience in the IT industry to his new role. He has a proven track record of working collaboratively with customers and partners across the APJ region. In his previous position as Vice President of Southeast Asia and Korea at Veeam, Sia successfully led growth and expansion initiatives across 12 markets. Prior to his tenure at Veeam, he held positions at prominent tech companies such as Broadcom, Brocade, Juniper Networks, and Datacraft.
Sia is an alumnus of the University of Toronto and currently serves as an independent director for Smoove Xperience, showcasing his commitment to the technology and business community.
