Tuya Smart has announced a new partnership using Cube Solution to launch value-added, cloud-based services and products in Indonesia.
Telkom announced IndiHome Smart, a consumer sector smart home service, and sooltanCam, a small and medium-business solution, using Tuya’s private IoT service deployment solution, Cube Solution. IndiHome Smart is Telkom’s smart home IoT solution that allows customers to integrate and control smart home gadgets from anywhere using their smartphones. IndiHome Smart is backed by Tuya Smart and is brand neutral, allowing famous Indonesian smart home brands such as Bardi, Hannochs, Den, and Arbit to be controlled from within the IndiHome Smart app. Telkom can easily offer new services to clients throughout Indonesia by integrating with Indonesian original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
SooltanCam enables remote business monitoring via IP cameras with Cube Solution-backed cloud storage features for increased IP camera security. The launch of these items on Cube Solution enables increased value-added services for both consumer and commercial customers, as well as the possibility of future product improvements. Both devices allow users to sign up for new post-sale services in order to keep their smart systems up to date.
Telkom is one of the first major clients of Tuya Smart’s new product, Cube Solution. Cube Solution is a cloud-agnostic private IoT service deployment solution.
