Sophos has recently launched Partner Care, a dedicated support service designed to cater to non-sales inquiries and provide operational support for its partners and managed service providers (MSP). The initiative aims to accelerate response times for partners seeking assistance with administrative and operational tasks. Staffed by a team of Sophos experts available 24/7, Partner Care serves as a central point of contact for various partner-related activities, including quoting, navigating the partner portal, addressing licensing queries, and handling not-for-resale (NFR) requests.
Kendra Krause, Senior Vice President of Global Channels and Small Business Sales at Sophos, highlighted the importance of Partner Care in freeing up valuable time for partners, allowing them to focus on building customer relationships, pursuing prospects, and closing new business deals. The service aligns with Sophos’ longstanding commitment to being ‘channel-best,’ providing partners with conflict-free revenue and profitability opportunities, curated training and support, and advanced security solutions.
In addition to the introduction of Partner Care, Sophos has unveiled several enhancements to its partner program. Notably, partners selling Sophos Managed Detection and Response can take advantage of a limited-time offer – an additional 5% reward on top of the deal registration discount. This bonus incentive is set to expire on March 31, encouraging partners to promote and sell Sophos’ Managed Detection and Response solution with added financial benefits.
