In a strategic move to enhance customer experiences while grappling with reduced budgets, 59% of Singaporean brands are planning to implement generative artificial intelligence (AI), according to a recent report by Adobe.

The report highlights that the majority of employees in Singapore (94%) are already utilizing generative AI in various marketing and customer experience campaigns.

Application Areas: Within this framework, employees are primarily employing text-to-image generators for creating promotional brand materials and content (58%). Additionally, they are using generative AI to develop concepts and mockups for campaigns (55%). Conversational AI tools are also finding their place, with 50% of employees utilizing them for copy generation, research, and insights.

Formal Rollouts: Despite employee enthusiasm for generative AI, the technology has been formally rolled out in only three in every ten Singaporean brands. This indicates a significant gap between employee usage and formal business implementation.

The findings underscore the growing importance of generative AI in augmenting customer experiences, especially in the context of budget constraints. As brands continue to navigate economic challenges, AI-driven solutions appear to be a promising avenue for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
