The digital transformation of OPES’ operations, completed within an impressive seven-month timeframe, involved launching a personal accident insurance product and migrating 6.2 million customers onto the advanced platform. The integrated platform seamlessly connects with OPES’ sales platforms and internal systems, providing robust digital capabilities for customer onboarding, billing, finance, claims handling, and renewals.
