Quhuo Limited has announced the appointment of Wenying Lyu as a director to its board of directors, effective September 23, 2022. The Board will now have eight members, three of whom will be independent directors.

Lyu is currently the Head of Baidu’s Strategic Investment Management Department, a leading AI firm with a solid Internet foundation. Lyu had nine years of investment banking experience prior to joining Baidu in October 2019 from China International Capital Corporation Limited and Goldman Sachs Gao Hua Securities Company Limited. Lyu received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in 2010 and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in 2015.
