The recent IT and ITeS Business Delegation organized by the Indo-Japan Business Council (IJBC) to Japan IT Week in Tokyo has concluded with resounding success, fostering bilateral business ties between India and Japan. Comprising 10 C-level executives from major Indian cities, the delegation made a significant impact at Japan IT Week, the nation’s largest IT exhibition, held at Tokyo Big Sight from April 23 to April 25.
Engaging with over 900 exhibitors, including a substantial representation from India, the delegation members seized opportunities for networking and exploration in Japan’s dynamic business environment. Their immersive experience contributed to a deeper understanding of Japan’s market dynamics and potential for collaboration in the IT and ITeS sectors.
Sudhir Jaiswal, a delegate, highlighted the enthusiasm of Indian IT companies seeking business prospects in Japan, while Siddharth Deshmukh, President of IJBC, underscored the resilience of Indo-Japan economic relations and the untapped potential for further collaboration.
The Indo-Japan Business Council remains committed to fostering meaningful connections between Indian entrepreneurs and Japan’s market landscape. Through initiatives like these delegations, the council aims to nurture new partnerships and ventures that deepen the bond between the two nations.
Looking ahead, the council invites entrepreneurs and business enthusiasts to participate in future delegations, with the upcoming October 2024 Business Delegation offering a unique opportunity to engage with Japan’s burgeoning IT and ITeS sectors and strengthen Indo-Japan business relations.
