Happiest Minds Technologies has reported revenues of Rs 254 crore in Q1 FY22, a 35.8 percent YoY and 13.5 percent QoQ growth. The company reported operating revenues at $33.2 million with a 41.4 percent YoY growth.

Our net headcount addition was strong as we on boarded 310 Happiest Minds, which reflects our ability to attract and retain good talent with our compelling people engagement programs”
Venkatraman N, MD & CFO, Happiest Minds Technologies talking on the financials said, “We have begun the fiscal on a solid footing with good growth and performance. Our operations and delivery remain resilient in the face of supply side pressures and the pandemic situation. Basis increasing probability of payout on account of performance, we have fair revalued the liability leading to an exceptional expense of ₹ 6.1 Crores.”
The company that has 3538 employees as of June 30, 2021, acquired 18 new customers in the Q1 FY22 with the total customer count at 180 as of June 30, 2021.
