FPT Corporation (FPT) marked its 35th anniversary with a grand celebration at the FPT Techday 2023, their largest annual tech event. Attended by 10,000 participants, the event epitomized FPT’s unwavering commitment to innovation and its vision of “building a happier future.”
This year, FPT Techday reached a milestone with its 11th edition, solidifying its position as one of Vietnam’s most prestigious tech expos. The two-day event brought together government officials, business leaders, technology experts, and tech enthusiasts, offering a platform to explore the cutting-edge advancements in the tech world.
The event featured an impressive array of exhibitions and tech conferences, all revolving around the theme of a “happy journey for digital citizens” (D-citizens). FPT took this opportunity to unveil its comprehensive ecosystem of products and services designed to cater to the diverse needs of D-citizens in areas such as essentials, education, lifestyle, work, manufacturing, and future prospects. This ecosystem, aptly named “Made-by-FPT,” was showcased in a sprawling exhibition area spanning 8,000 square meters. Additionally, some of FPT’s esteemed partners, including Schaeffler, Konica Minolta, AFLAC, SC Ventures, Olympus, NXP Semiconductors, and Ingenico Group, presented their products and solutions, adding to the richness of the event.
A standout highlight of FPT Techday 2023 was the launch of “Happy Club,” an AI-driven customer loyalty program developed by FPT. This initiative aligns with the Digital Conglomerate 5.0 strategy (DC5), aimed at creating a happier future for individuals, organizational success, and national prosperity.

FPT Techday 2023 served as a platform for businesses and tech enthusiasts to gain insights into a future driven by technological innovation. The conference featured prominent figures such as business leaders, tech experts, and consultants from global organizations like Landing AI, Viessman, HBR Analytic Services, NVIDIA, Aitomatic, inc., Cox Automotive, Schaeffler, IDC, Bain & Company, KDDI Digital Divergence, and more. The event’s presentations and panel discussions covered a wide range of topics, including accelerating digital transformation through scale and agility, business resilience in a challenging global environment, Vietnam’s emergence as a global digital hub, co-innovation with technology vendors, Generative AI as a transformation accelerator, and more.
During FPT Techday 2023, FPT and two of its subsidiaries, FPT Software and FPT Information System, announced new partnerships with global digital payments leader VISA and Japanese global printing giant TOPPAN. In addition, FPT revealed its significant investment in Landing AI, a US-based computer vision and AI company. These strategic collaborations bolster FPT’s expansion across markets and its commitment to enhancing its products and services, with the ultimate aim of creating a happier future on a global scale.
