Darwinbox, one of Asia’s leading HR Tech platforms, has announced Gautam Goenka’s appointment to its Executive Leadership team. Gautam is the new Senior Vice President of Engineering at Darwinbox.

Gautam, an IIT Kharagpur alumnus, brings over two decades of engineering experience to the company, having previously worked with top-tier companies such as Microsoft and successful startups such as Kony.

Gautam worked for Microsoft for two years as a Partner – Group Engineering Manager on the Edge browser team, where he was instrumental in increasing Edge share globally and improving user productivity. Gautam previously worked as Senior Vice President, Head of Engineering at Kony Labs, where he was in charge of the Kony Platform, a multi-channel (web and mobile) application development platform.
