Starkey, who previously held the position of vice president of engineering within the company, brings extensive experience in SaaS technology, software development, architecture, and infrastructure management to her new role. Prior to joining Expel, Starkey served as the director of engineering at ARMATURE Corporation, where she modernized security and scalability while promoting collaboration and innovation. Her career also includes significant roles in software architecture and engineering at companies such as Blackboard, Autodesk, and Computer Associates. Starkey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Cornell University.Starkey’s appointment as CTO underscores her capability to pioneer innovation and enhance product offerings while improving operational efficiencies.
