Prior to joining Expel, Starkey served as the director of engineering at ARMATURE Corporation, where she modernized security and scalability while promoting collaboration and innovation. Her career also includes significant roles in software architecture and engineering at companies such as Blackboard, Autodesk, and Computer Associates.
