Johar, a seasoned professional in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and intelligent automation sector, will directly report to Co-CEO Therese Tucker and oversee the global Information Technology and Information Security operations of the company.

Bringing more than two decades of expertise to BlackLine, Johar has previously served as CIO at Automation Anywhere and made significant operational cost reductions at MobileIron (NASDAQ:MOBL). His diverse skill set encompasses enterprise cloud applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, engineering, and automation. Johar has a ten-year stint leading Enterprise Applications at TIBCO Software and has held roles at Wipro (NYSE:WIT) and Infosys (NS:INFY).

In his new capacity, Johar is expected to leverage his extensive experience to enhance BlackLine’s IT infrastructure and business intelligence, emphasizing the advancement of the company’s AI and automation technologies. This strategic addition to the executive leadership team aims to reinforce BlackLine’s position in the rapidly evolving market for digital finance transformation solutions.
